We send you an invoice detailing what was done and how much it cost. And if there is evidence that the issue was caused by tenant misuse we will specify this on the invoice. We will also let you know of recommendations or future work that may be required.

We'll always be on time, and we'll let tenants know when we're going to be a little late. And if there are any issues with your plumbing that aren't caused by tenant misuse, we'll advise you right away so you can get them fixed as soon as possible.

Excellent Communication

No matter how skilled plumbers are, they'll need to communicate well with both you and your tenants to make sure everything runs smoothly—and we pride ourselves on excellent communication skills.

However, sometimes another issue comes up while you're at the property—maybe it needs more than one tap repair—so we'll call the Property Manager right away and ask them if they'd like us to address it in addition to our original service request.

Water Efficiency & Testing Compliance

We also offer water efficiency testing and compliance. We know how important water conservation is for everyone these days, so we take special care to perform tests on all of your appliances and fixtures to make sure they're working at their best levels of efficiency—and that they won't waste water when they don't need to! We detail the compliance on the invoice.
